The email signature mode is ideal for distance learning, but also for face-to-face training when learners have a PC or a phone with them.

After the login page, the home page appears. It is possible to see all the scheduled sessions. In History, all the previous sessions are shown.

The orange mouse indicates that the speaker has not signed the attendance sheet.

1️⃣ Open a session to register your learners

Click on a session in the list of your sessions.

Attention! If no session is present, check the history and then contact your administration to resolve the issue.

Once the session is selected, a signature box appears.

2️⃣ Sign and click on the 'Save' button for your signature to be saved.

3️⃣ Attendance sheet and students' signatures.

Signature control

The report allows you to control whether a student to sign or not.

To sign, there are several solutions:

😎 Have your students sign by email

To do this, select all the students present during the training session and click on "Send signature email".

Validation texts in white on a green background should appear on the right of your screen.

The signatures will appear in real time on the 'Attendance sheet' tab.

It is possible to send an email back and perform different actions as needed via the 'Actions' button to the right of each learner.

The actions are:

  • Have the learner sign manually (on the learner's terminal, in person)

  • Send a signature email

  • Exclude the learner

  • Make the learner absent

  • Add a justified absence (with a document or not)

  • Add a comment about the learner

  • Send the information to the administration

There is nothing to validate, everything is automatically transferred in real time to the administration.
