1️⃣ Go to https://edusign.app/professor.

From this page, select the relevant session.

Please note! To ensure that all functionalities are available in your space and for greater peace of mind, don't forget to sign as a trainer before signing in your learners.

2️⃣ Share the QR code with learners for scanning.

In the left-hand menu, click on QR Code.

Once on the relevant page :

  • Remotely, share your screen so that learners can scan the QR code and sign in to confirm their attendance.

  • In the classroom, project the QR code on a screen or projector visible to learners.

You can also display a smaller version of the QR code on any page of your PC (PowerPoint, website, etc.), so that your learners can scan it as they enter the room and start your course without leaving a large version of the QR code open on the instructor's space! 😉

Please note: for added security, the QR code changes every 5 seconds.

It is not possible to take a photo of the QR code and save it for later use. This will not work.

Learners' signatures will appear in real time on the relevant attendance sheet.

Note: you don't need to do anything else - the information will be transmitted to your administration in real time.
