1️⃣ Add users to the administrator account.

Note: Only users defined as owners or administrators can add other users.

Inviting collaborators to Edusign is easy! 👫

  • Go to your administrator area. 🤴

  • Go to your Settings. 🔨

  • Then go to the Users sub-tab.

  • Add a user and choose their rights.

Note: Only an owner can choose to create another owner user. So if a new person needs to replace you to oversee your Edusign account, you'll need to go through the owner account to add them.

That's it! An invitation email is sent. 🎯

The diferent roles:

  • An owner has full powers, and can add or remove users and administrators at will.

  • An administrator can access all platform features, and can invite other users or administrators to use Edusign.

  • A user can access all platform functions, but cannot invite other users to use Edusign.

  • An analyst can access all account data. However, they cannot modify information or invite other users.

2️⃣ Modify user rights.

Once your users have been added to the administrator platform, you can still modify their rights.

To do so :

  • Go to your administrator area. 🤴

  • Go to your Settings. 🔨

  • Then go to the Users sub-tab.

  • Click on the small edit icon next to the role corresponding to the user you wish to change.

  • Choose the level of rights you wish to grant.

Note: Only an owner can choose to change another user to owner. So if a new person needs to replace you to oversee your Edusign account, you'll need to go through the owner account to add them.

  • That's all there is to it!

3️⃣ Delete a user.

Please note! If you wish to delete an owner account, make sure you have created a new one first.

  • To delete a user from a user or owner account :

  • Go to your administrator area. 🤴

  • Go to your Settings. 🔨

  • Then go to the Users sub-tab.

  • Click on the little red delete cross to the right of the user you wish to delete.

Note: Only an owner can delete another owner user. So if a new person needs to replace you to oversee your Edusign account, you'll need to go through the owner account to add the new owner and delete the old one.

  • Confirm & you're all set!
