Can't connect? No problem! Just follow this procedure:

Please check that :

  • You are on the right platform - speakers - https://edusign.app/professor

  • Your shift key is not activated.

  • You have typed the password manually and not by copy/paste.

  • You have tried to reset the password.

  • Does your organization use SSO? Ask your admin how it works.

Email not arriving?

  • Please check the writing of the email.

  • Please check for spam / junk mail.

  • Your organization may not have added you, please contact them if in doubt.

If you still can't log in, please contact your training administration team with as many details as possible. They are often best placed to answer your queries and will contact us if necessary.
