Subject: Edusign marks the end of timesheets - Learners

Hello learners,

To simplify attendance management, your training organization has chosen to modernize its attendance management process.

You'll now be able to sign attendance sheets using your smartphone, computer or tablet.

Your trainers will be able to have you sign the attendance sheet via one or more signature modes:

⦁ Signature email: you'll receive an email with a signature link to click on to sign.

If you have installed the Edusign mobile app, you will receive a notification on the app allowing you to sign the attendance sheet.

⦁ The QR Code: your speakers will share a QR Code that you'll need to scan with the Edusign mobile app to certify your attendance.

Here you must have the Edusign app. If you don't, you'll need to ask your speakers for an email signature.

For those who should be using the mobile application, you will receive an email from hello@edusign.fr with your login details (username + password).

You will then be able to connect to the Edusign mobile application and sign the attendance sheet directly from your smartphone.

It's very rare to receive Edusign emails in your spam folder, but be sure to take a look if you don't have your login details in the next few days.
